Information

 

State Host /Director's Expectation

 --  Pageant Host will be required to organize and promote pageant in their state. 

--  You will be a contact person for Maryjay organization in your state. 

--  All questions from the general public will come to our 1-800-399-9681 or support@maryjay.org

--  You will pick a date and location for your event

--  MaryJay's Head office in Redmond, WA will inform you when your target number of contestants is reached

--  All materials including pageant backdrop, flyers, crowns, sashes, flowers will be supplied by MaryJay. 

--  Pageant Hose will be required to have total minimum of 25 contestants in all categories to host an event.  However, the more contestants you have the bigger your commission.

--  Your commission is based on your state pageant cost Minus revenue *30% + $300 bonus for hosting the pageant.

--   In addition to your bonus and commission, you will be compensated for the time you contributed to promoting the pageant for success  by giving you a tax write off receipt.   Time report sheet will be sent to you before you start.

 Maryjay head office will be your message/correspondence center.   Your phone number / email will not be given to the public.  In order words, your personal information is confidential.  We required you to send us your picture with your application, so we know who is representing us.  Please fill out the application to the best you can.  We only need one person per state.  If you are chosen, we will require you to send us information as to when you would like to host your event.  All your winners  will be going to the National in November
